Our product is tested and certified and proves to have a benefit over existing ones available. The members of a Neighbourhood Watch programme area seek to reduce the number of preventable offences by:

improving personal safety and household/building security
reporting suspicious activity within their area
ensuring that their property is appropriately marked for identification
marketing the programme to residents and business people within the Neighbourhood Watch programme area

Objectives of variants of the Neighbourhood Watch programme have a similar issue-based focus.

DS Numbers has at its core a desire for improved community safety and education on the importance of clearly identifiable identification. Hence there is an obvious fit between the organisation and our objectives.

Material: UV Stabilised Plastic with textured satin stainless steel finish.
The unit has built in photocells that automatically turn it on and off in accordance with the available light. The solar panel recharges the batteries and provides 12 nights use from a single day's charge (calculated at 10 hours use per night).

How long will it hold charge and shine up?

1 day of charge provides 120 hours of usage.

What is the max number of digits the unit caters for?

4 digits. These are available upon request at no added cost.

Do you supply alphabets?

Yes we do supply alphabets ( A-C) and slashes(/) and dashes(-) at no added cost.

What surfaces can they be attached to?

It can be attached to all solid surfaces even trees.

What colours are available?

Presently only the satin silver.

Dimension of the product:

The unit is 20cm long 14cm high and 3.5cm thick. This provides a viewing window of 17.5cm long and 7.5cm high.

Can it be installed under the eaves?

Yes it can, provided it receives ambient light.

How much sunlight is required?

It does not require direct sunlight, just ambient light.

The added advantage is that if you move house you can take the unit with you as it comes with 3 sets of numbers 0-9 and simply out with the old and in with the new number.
