Noosa Waters is a relatively new residential estate located in Noosaville, Queensland and has an interesting mix of waterfront and non-waterfront properties. A covenant on the land ensures that houses are built to a high standard.

All services are underground so there are no TV antennae on roofs and no overhead electric cabling.

The water in the canal which meanders through Noosa Waters comes from the Noosa River and is about 400mm above the river level. The water is pumped in from the river and so is constantly being refreshed. Access to the canal from the river is by a lock and weir system.

This Web site was designed and built by a Noosa Waters resident and is intended to give you detailed information about our beautiful Estate and a chance to take part in community discussions in our Forum. The site has two purposes - to inform you about Noosa Waters and also to let you make your own contributions and suggestions. You can join our email mailing list to be kept informed of changes to this web site.
